  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. If there are any issues, please reach out within 24 hrs of your package delivery date and we will do our best to help. ​ No returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Our processing time for orders runs between 2-5 business days with most packages shipped within 2 business days. All packages are shipped with a tracking number and come with $100 of insurance coverage included. Additional shipping insurance for packages valued over $100 can be purchased through our website. (NOTE: Insurance coverage for International orders may differ from this depending on the value declaration option chosen.) Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information entered by the customer. The Stone Queen Co is not responsible for the costs of resending any packages that are returned back to us as a result of the mail carrier being unable to deliver the package or if the recipient misses delivery. The Stone Queen Co is no longer responsible for packages once they are dropped off at the shipping carrier. If there are any issues with delivery or the package is suspected to be lost, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim on their website. Unfortunately any shipping delays are out of our control. DOMESTIC ORDERS - Shipping speed is 1-3 business days. - Domestic orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Will I have to pay import taxes and duties? For all international orders - import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) might be applied per each country's laws in order for the package to clear customs. As of now we only ship to Canada and select countries in Europe. Please consult your country's import policies so you are prepared for the charge. Your package will not be released from customs until you pay the import duty fees. There are 2 options for international orders: Declare a low package value and do not insure. Recipient of package assumes all risk in the case of loss, damage, etc however this option results in little to no import taxes and duties. (This option MUST be requested in the "Notes" section during checkout.) Declare full value of package and fully insure. Recipient is responsible for all import taxes and duties. If the customer fails to pay the import taxes and duties due and the package is returned back to us by customs authorities then the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If customer refuses to pay the return shipping costs, no refund will be provided for the package. SHIPPING CONTENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THAT INCLUDE ANY CRYSTALS OR MINERALS WILL ALWAYS BE LABELED AS "_______________________" Canadian Packages - Shipping speed is 4-15 business days. - Canadian orders are shipped by either USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Saver, UPS Expedited, DHL Express Worldwide or Fedex International Connect Plus. EU Packages - Shipping speed is 4-15 business days. ​- EU orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Saver, UPS Expedited, DHL Express Worldwide or Fedex International Connect Plus.

  • What are the shipping options?
    - Standard Shipping - Canadian Shipping ​ We ship with USPS Priority Mail for all packages within the USA. In some cases we will ship with UPS. International packages going to Canada will also be shipped using either USPS or UPS. We only ship within the USA and Canada.
  • Shipping Insurance
    We highly recommend adding shipping insurance to your purchase if you are worried about the value of your package. All of our shipping insurance options are listed under the "Other Items" section of our website. The Stone Queen Co. automatically covers insurance for packages valued up to $100, any packages with values over $100 should purchase shipping insurance. ​ ONCE A PACKAGE IS DROPPED OFF AT THE SHIPPING COMPANY, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE AND ALL LIABILITY IS TRANSFERRED TO THE MAIL CARRIERS.
  • What are the payment options?
    We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal payments.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    We support a Pay in 4 option through Paypal.​ Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments with no late fees. There’s no impact on your credit score and it’s backed by PayPal.
  • Can I keep an open box?
    Yes. Please read ALL of the below. ​ By using the OPENBOX coupon code at checkout, you are agreeing to the below: Your purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Shipping costs are not yet included and will be requested at a future date. Your purchases will not be shipped until shipping costs are paid. If shipping costs are not paid within 24 hours of being requested, you agree to forfeit the items with no refund. Open boxes will be closed on the 15th and last day of each month, whichever is sooner.
  • How do I start an open box?
    To start an open box, use the coupon code "OPENBOX" at checkout. ​ By using the OPENBOX coupon code at checkout, you are agreeing to the below: Your purchases are final sale and nonrefundable.   • Can I make changes to an order I placed?
    No. Once an order has been placed, we can no longer modify it. Please be sure to double check your cart before purchasing (including your shipping address).
  • Do you have a special request for your order?
    We will always do our best to accommodate special requests! Please let us know in the "Notes" section when checking out :)
  • I need help, what do I do?

  • Are all items naturally formed?
    All items on our website are naturally formed materials unless otherwise stated as manmade, scientifically altered or heat treated. ​ Please remember that because crystals and stones are natural materials, they are never 100% perfect and imperfections are normal.

  • Do you provide measurements?
    All measurements are taken on a best effort basis but are approximate nonetheless. Measurements are taken in millimeters (mm). ​ Approximate Conversion 1 inch = 25.4 mm
