Charoite Towers

Charoite is a rare and beautiful mineral that is found only in one location in the world: Russia. The location is in a remote and rugged part of Russia, with extreme weather conditions and difficult terrain.
 
Charoite colors can range from lavender to deep purple, often with swirls of black, white, and grey. These swirling patterns are caused by the mineral's fibrous structure, which can create chatoyancy, a reflective optical effect similar to the "cat's eye" effect.
This mineral has a limited supply and therefore prices have steadily risen over the years.
